Terms and Conditions

Please note:

* Jobs carried out by Bavarian Finest Motors requiring diagnostics (except programming ), parts sourcing, thorough inspection, manual electrical components testing, vehicle collection/drop off (unless vehicle recovery required) are discounted for regular customers or included in a labour.

* Engine Inspection: visual £65 or £125 thorough (top & bottom covers removed).

* Suspension Inspection: front axle £65, full suspension £95 or £145 including drivetrain (exhaust heatshields removed) 

* All mechanical jobs charged: 

                  *brakes, suspension, exhaust: £86.00 - £109.00 p/h,

                  *engine, gearbox, drivetrain: £109.00 – £189.00 p/h.

* Vehicle service – each vehicle priced individually according to the scope & information given.

* All Job carried out are priced based on AUTODATA & HAYNES Repair Times using multiplier based on the age and mileage of the vehicle accordingly.

* General diagnostics £45-£65.

* BMW Dealership level diagnostics £85-£145.

* Genuine BMW Software update from £245 (depending on the model of BMW).

* Jobs requiring programming charged from £145.00 for the first hour & hourly rate afterwards.

* Jobs requiring sensor adaptation charged an additional fee of £65 plus normal rate.

* Electrical job charged £109 for first hour + flat rate of £50 per additional hour thereafter:

                          *electrical fault finding,

                          *manual electrical components testing,

                          *chasing & fixing wires.

* Panel Fabrication & Welding from £140.

* Jobs carried out by our third party contractors – Diagnostics/programming, parts sourcing, thorough inspection, electrical fault finding, manual electrical components testing, vehicle collection/drop off (unless vehicle recovery required) must be paid separately. 

* Callout fee - £120 within 20 miles of TN39.

* Late Callout cancelation charge - 2 units of callout fee.

* Parts sourcing fee - £45/Hour.

* We use ONLY GENUINE parts for servicing & repairing vehicles or equivalent quality aftermarket parts & high quality lubricants if agreed otherwise. OIL & Fuel filters – BMW ONLY.

* Vehicle recovery should be paid in advance or straight to Recovery Company.
